Anastasia (Stacy) Prech, RN, BSN, NC—BC
I’m a Board Certified Nurse Coach (NC-BC) and co-founder of Well and Whole. I live in Paris and run my coaching practice with clients from around the world! I love travel, and exploration and expansion are my favorite things! I believe that your inner world creates your outer results. Your personal growth fuels your professional growth, and your success depends on the inner work more than anything else.
My focus is helping high achievers, namely nurse leaders, navigate the burnout that comes with years of caretaking of others and not of themselves. As nurses and leaders, overextending yourself, overaccomodating, and overanticipating are things that you’ve had to do for survival, but you don’t naturally shed them once you’re in leadership. Not to mention the years of perfectionism, urgency, and nonexistent boundaries that create high amounts of stress and pressure.
I help nurse leaders remap their mindset when it comes to unlearning survival habits that keep them feeling exhausted and uninspired, totally transforming what you previously thought was possible! Through reconnecting with yourself, learning emotional regulation, and creating a new relationship with your inner critic, we achieve a level of healing that propels you forward in everything you do! Optimizing your relationship with yourself and doing the inner work creates the outer results, aka, the biggest impact, you’ve been waiting for!
I provide high level support to leaders as well as teams. I offer 1:1 and small group coaching, wellness and personal growth workshops, and a unique custom membership cohort option that includes live sessions tailored to the needs of your team, as well as access to an on-demand resource library of wellness and mindset exercises.
I also design innovative and personalized wellness programs and offer consultation services. I am passionate about a culture of wellbeing and creating unique experiences that help people deeply connect with themselves and others.

Sara Prech
Hi! I’m Sara, a Board certified nurse coach (NC-BC) and co-founder of Well and Whole. I am currently living my dreams in New Zealand and see clients in my coaching practice from around the world! I love travel, anything creative (especially bookbinding!) and being out in nature!
As nurses especially, it’s so easy to lose your identity to the profession. I love being able to help nurses and nurse leaders reconnect with themselves and find true fulfillment in their lives away from the bedside and hospital.
I work with nurses and nurse leaders to recover from burnout and perfectionism and find a greater sense of fulfillment in their lives through creative expression and finding a hobby that they are passionate about. We also work together on mindset and overcoming the guilt that often comes from creating time for yourself.
I offer 1:1 coaching, workshops, group coaching, and a membership that includes on demand access to a resource library filled with wellness and mindset exercises.
I also design and facilitate hands-on creative experiences and workshops for individuals and teams to help reconnect with your creative side and get in tune with your inner joy and fulfillment.
