More importantly, our hospital will leave you better than how you found us. As the founder of The HIVE Hospital, I bring a wealth of experience and passion for healthcare transformation.

With a dynamic and positive approach, I aim to motivate, inspire, and drive others to pursue excellence. My career has been dedicated to fostering innovation, safety, and high standards in various healthcare arenas, from academic institutions to leading medical centers.

I have guided diverse teams to achieve organizational excellence through education, change, and practice. My roles always involved expertly implementing psychologically safe spaces for team growth and tremendous success. Success comes not just in the form of outcomes but when people are excited to come to work. I have, as John P Kotter would say, the ability to create a sense of urgency that lends itself to doing the right thing. And doing it now.

My time spent in a variety of healthcare leadership and practice roles has equipped me with a deep understanding of patient care, quality improvement, and staff engagement. I successfully led teams to enhance patient safety, improve employee satisfaction, and reduce turnover rates, all while being a reliable financial steward. 

More importantly, though, my time spent in healthcare over the last 20 years has been focused on building strong and authentic relationships. A beehive does not produce honey in isolation but rather with an intricate network of bees all functioning as experts within their role. The HIVE Hospital has an advanced network of facilitators able to help solve the greatest problems in healthcare. Healthcare will not improve in isolation and the HIVE Hospital brings together this dynamic network of experts to help teams everywhere achieve their goals.
